The delivery of the products is carried out by courier services to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The delivery times are approximately 5 working days for products in stock and approximately 10 working days for personalized products. These times may vary depending on the availability of the products and the delivery times of the courier company.
9. Right of return
The customer has the right to return products purchased from the site that are not personalized, in accordance with the legislation in force. The products must be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from their receipt and must be in intact condition, without signs of wear or damage. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
10. Warranty and complaints
