Delivery & Returns
This Delivery and Return Policy applies to all products sold by NBC DESIGN TEAM SRL through the Bianca Nica Shop online store and establishes the conditions regarding the delivery of orders and the product return procedure.
1. Delivery times
Product delivery is subject to availability. For products in stock, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. For custom-made or personalized products, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–8 business days. These times are approximate and may vary depending on the volume of orders or possible delays by the courier company.
2. Delivery costs
The shipping cost for orders shipped in Romania is 35 lei. For international deliveries, the shipping cost can be checked after adding the products to the shopping cart. For orders shipped in Romania with a minimum value of 1,000 lei, delivery is free. The final shipping cost is displayed before the order is finalized.
3. Delivery method
The delivery of products is carried out by courier services, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. NBC DESIGN TEAM SRL makes every effort to process orders quickly, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier companies.
4. Right of withdrawal
According to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without being obliged to justify the decision to withdraw.
5. Products that cannot be returned
Returns are not accepted for certain product categories. These include personalized products, custom-made products, swimwear or bodysuit-type underwear, products modified according to customer requirements, such as changes in size, cut, color or other special details, as well as products that no longer have an intact seal label. These products are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to art. 16, letter c of OUG 34/2014.
6. Return conditions (standard products)
Non-personalized products can only be returned if they meet certain conditions. The return must be requested within the legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, and the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. The product must also have intact labels, including the seal label, and must not show signs of wear, washing or damage.
7. Return procedure
To initiate the return procedure, the customer must send a request to the email address contact@biancanicashop.com The request must include the full name, order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
8. Return costs
The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the customer. The exception is situations where the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective, in which case the return costs will be borne by NBC DESIGN TEAM SRL.
9. Refund of amounts
The refund of the value of the returned products will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product and after checking its condition. The refund will be made through the same payment method initially used or through another method mutually agreed upon between the parties.
